Weber, Bruch, Verdi, Britten & Ravel
The final concert in our 45th Season that features a very full programme of works by Weber, Bruch, Verdi, Britten and Ravel. The orchestra is joined by violinist Bradley Creswick in the Bruch Concerto No.1.
Walton, Arnold and de Falla
The first concert in our 46th Season featuring works by Walton, de Falla and Arnold. We welcome trumpeter James Fountain for his York debut.
Smetana, Dvořák & Beethoven
The second concert in our 46th season, which features music by Beethoven in his bicentennial year, alongside music by Smetana and Dvořák. Our soloist in the Dvořák cello concerto will be the wonderful Jessica Burroughs
